At Vespa Metro we offer Vancouver's only fully equipped Vespa service facility to ensure your scooter is properly maintained and in optimum condition. Check out our service team below:
CHRISTIAN - Head Technician

Christian was born on Long Island, NY, an island of strip malls, SUVs and questionable tastes. As soon as he was old enough, Christian escaped, taking trains into Manhattan, exploring the world further and further from home. After graduating university in Albany, NY, Christian moved to the West Coast. It was in Portland, Oregon that Christian finally got his first Vespa, a 1979 P200e and thereafter developed a passion for working on scooters. Twenty years later, Christian has owned and worked on countless Vespas, Lambrettas and other oddball scooters. Christian is a respected mechanic. He has worked at P-town Scooters in Portland and the Scooter Hive in Vancouver. A perennial fixture in the vintage scooter community, Christian is the former President of the Vespa Club of Canada. If you drive a vintage scooter in Vancouver, you probably already know Christian. If you don’t, then you should. Come down and introduce yourself. By the way, Christian has never owned a (running) motorcycle.
ZOLTAN - Vintage Technician
Zoltan's life seems to have always revolved around scooters. We love that! Zoltan owned/operated West Coast Scooters Ltd. in Vancouver for 9 years (88-97) where he worked on vintage Lambretta and Vespa restorations. During that period he also co-founded the Vespa Club of Canada and previously served as President. It's very common for us to receive vintage scooters in the shop that Zoltan has previously worked on in his past life. Zoltan currently owns 12 scooters of his own - all between the years of 1953 to 1963. He loves anything vintage.
TREVOR - The Service Guy
Trevor has been riding scooters for 8 years - that's a long time for the youngest member of our team! He is a member of the Calgary Jaguars Scooter Club and after moving to Vancouver recently, he manages to attend as many scooter rallies as he can (at least 4-5 in the summer time). In September 2015 Trevor starts the BCIT Mechanics Apprentice course and plans to continue with Vespa Metro afterwards as a service apprentice. Trevor LOVES scooters. He currently owns a 1959 GS 150, 1962 Lambretta LI 150, and a 2005 Vespa PX 150...and apparently more to come! Trevor's also an avid drummer.
